Hi, I’m Ameer Salim Shaikh — an Assistant Professor, Instructional Design enthusiast, and community leader passionate about creating impactful learning experiences.
For the past 3+ years, I’ve taught Botany, Communication Skills, Soft Skills, and Public Speaking at the University level. Alongside academics, I’ve designed and delivered workshops on leadership, confidence-building, and professional readiness, helping students and youth build skills for the future.
Beyond the classroom, I’ve served in leadership roles at the Rotaract Club of Palghar — as President, Treasurer, and Immediate Past President — where I led a team of 40+ members executing community service projects, youth leadership initiatives, and public engagement programs that impacted 5000+ people in Palghar District
Now, I’m transitioning into the Learning & Development (L&D) and Instructional Design space, where I bring together my background in education, curriculum design, and social leadership to create engaging, learner-centered training solutions.
I believe learning should be practical, inspiring, and people-focused — whether in education, corporate settings, or community development.
